You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared with us during the course of our engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

TGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• We will provide deliverables completed up to the termination date
• Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TGS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
